Introduction
The 4.0W/m·K EMI Absorbing Thermal Pad is a multifunctional interface material that combines high thermal conductivity with EMI absorption, making it ideal for thermally and electromagnetically demanding electronic systems. Built with a silicone-based thermally conductive matrix and embedded magnetic fillers, it offers excellent heat transfer and attenuation of high-frequency electromagnetic noise (1GHz+), making it an effective solution for improving system reliability and EMC.
