NF150-788 is a liquid silicone foam elastomer developed for thermal insulation, cushioning, and electrical insulation between battery cells in new energy vehicle (NEV) power batteries.
Featuring a fine and uniform closed-cell structure, the material combines excellent compression recovery with low thermal conductivity, high volume resistivity, and UL94 V-0 flame retardancy. It helps accommodate the expansion and contraction of battery cells during charge-discharge cycles while providing effective cushioning, electrical insulation, and thermal protection.
NF150-788 also offers excellent resistance to compression set and low stress relaxation, enabling stable performance over a recommended operating temperature range of -55°C to 200°C.
The material is self-adhesive on both sides and protected with PET release liners, allowing direct peel-and-stick installation without additional adhesive lamination. It is supplied in roll format with a standard width of 1 m and length of 30 m, making it suitable for efficient slitting, die-cutting, and continuous converting processes.
