Introduction
NF150-100 silicone thermal pad , thermal conductivity 1.0W/m.k, is a high-performance thermal management material that designed to solve the heat dissipation problem of electronic equipment.It has good thermal conductivity, can effectively fill the small gap between the heating element and the radiator, improve the heat transfer efficiency, reduce the contact thermal resistance, and thus help quickly discharge the heat generated inside the equipment.
